Do you have a shop?

No, we have an online shop and offer nationwide deliveries.

Is the item new or used?

Each item will indicate whether new, demo or refurbished units.

Does the item come with warranty?

Each item comes with a HAVI TECH warranty, unless otherwise specified.

Do you actually have thousands of items?

We offer thousands of products at unbeatable prices by optimising the number items we keep in our warehouse. When a product is “In stock”, it will either be in stock at our own or one of our partner’s warehouses.

We update our stock lists multiple times a day to minimize running out of any items. Orders paid and confirmed before 10am are usually shipped or ready for collection on the same day after 2pm.

How do I order from HAVI TECH?

Ordering online is easy once you get the hang of it.

What payment methods do you accept?

We try to accept almost any payment method available.

How do I get my order?

Your order can either be collected or shipped via one of our reputable courier partners.

What if I want to return my purchase?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 10 business days of receipt of the goods. Check out our Returns policy here.

Do you accept trade-ins?

Unfortunately, not. We only buy products in bulk, from companies and/or governments. If you have bulk (50+ units) of electronics you’d like to sell, please contact us.

What are demo electronics?

Items that were used as display unit, but not physically used, usually excellent condition.

What are refurb electronics?

Think of refurb or refurbished electronics as certified used electronics. What does this mean? We thoroughly test, repair and clean all items before we offer them for resale. In fact, we’re so confident in our processes, that we offer a 12-month warranty on all refurb items.

What condition will my refurb laptop or desktop be in?

The following describes what you can expect your refurbished laptop or desktop to look like:

  • Condition of case: Minor scuffs, abrasions or discoloration. If a laptop, light wear on keyboard, touchpad, bezel but the keyboard keys will be in good condition. Generally good visual condition with no broken or missing parts but may feature small chips or dents on covers.
  • Condition of screen (if applicable): No scratches, cracks or chips on screen. Minor discoloration, or pressure marks might be present on screen but will be hardly noticeable when used.
  • Condition of battery (if applicable): Will hold charge for at least 1 hour of moderate use. Covered by 6 months warranty.
  • Items come with power adapters (original and some cases non-original) included in a non-original brown box.
